About the role
In this position the candidate will provide pharmaceutical care to patients admitted to the University of Kentucky Healthcare Albert B. Chandler Medical Center. Responsibilities include: reviewing and perfecting medication orders, reviewing drug profiles to ensure appropriateness of therapy and contacting and conferring with physicians and other practitioners to optimize medication therapy.
