✓Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of CA
Education
✓High School Diploma/GED
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Qualifications
✓2+ years of pharmacy-related experience (including prescription processing and data entry, ability to match brand and generic drug names, and understand medication indications with strong knowledge of medical and pharmacy terminology)
✓2+ years of experience conducting outbound calls or high-volume outreach setting
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint preferred
Experience in Population Health, managed care, Medicare Advantage, medication adherence, or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) environments preferred
Familiarity with healthcare-related platforms (e.g., payor-specific systems, Epic EMR, Cozeva, or similar tools) preferred
Ability to recognize and escalate potential medication discrepancies and contraindications preferred
