Job Overview Ebenezer Pharmacy is a closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy that specializes in packaging and distributing medications to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. We are seeking a versatile team member to support medication preparation and delivery operations. This position involves preparing medications for delivery, creating delivery labels, organizing medication totes, and may assist with deliveries to our partner facilities.
Ultimately, this individual manages the supply chain, packaging, and secure delivery of prescription medications to nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Responsibilities Scan each prescription, use computer to enter addresses, make labels, and load delivery totes. Maintain delivery records and ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted in the appropriate timeframe.
Perform duties as assigned including, but not limited to: packaging medications for dispensing, assisting with inventory and supply ordering and management, emptying trash and PHI waste bins, cleaning office and pharmacy areas, etc. Provide a high level of customer service while interacting with healthcare partners at delivery locations. Required Qualifications Ability to maintain professional composure in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills. Possess a high level of reliability, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
