💊 Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and distribution 💊 Maintain medication inventory and support procurement processes 💊 Perform pharmacy technician duties in accordance with departmental policies and procedures 💊 Support sterile compounding and aseptic techniques, including specialty medications 💊 Operate pharmacy technology and automated dispensing systems 💊 Maintain USP 797 standards and required regulatory documentation 💊 Ensure safe handling and disposal of medications 💊 Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives 💊 Train and mentor new pharmacy technicians as needed 💊 Maintain advanced expertise in specialized pharmacy practice areas 💊 Support customer service and patient care through collaboration with healthcare teams 🎓 Qualifications ✔ High School Diploma or GED required ✔ Greater than one (1) year and up to four (4) years of Pharmacy Technician experience ✔ Active Pharmacy Technician Registration required ✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment 💙 Why Orlando Health?
