Pharmacy Technician

Performs all typical duties of a retail. mail order, specialty pharmacy staff technician as defined by the Montana Board of Pharmacy and local pharmacy drug outlet procedures. Fills physician orders for patient medications under a Registered Pharmacist's supervision. Communicate with and service the needs of the Pharmacy clientele.

Upon hire: Montana Pharmacy Technician License Or Upon hire: Montana Pharmacy Technician Temporary Practice Permit Or Upon hire: Montana Pharmacy Technician Provisional License 1 year Experience (2080 hours) of pharmacy practice 1 year Customer Service 1 year for internal promotion candidate must be competent in all responsibilities of an Associate Pharmacy Technician: (external candidates are required to have the equivalent experience)

Coursework/Training Completion of Pharmacy Technician Training Program.
