You’ll need
Licensure
✓For Pennsylvania locations, registration as a Pharmacy Trainee with the State Board of Pharmacy is required.
✓PA State Board of Pharmacy registration is required for all Pennsylvania locations.
✓If an individual has a Pharmacy Intern license, they do not need to register with the State of Pennsylvania.
Certifications
✓Registration requirements are dependent on the state in which the employee works.
Education
✓Pharmacy Technician Trainee: Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
✓Pharmacy Technician: Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with one of the following: completion of an accredited pharmacy technician program
✓or enrollment in an undergraduate pharmacy program in good standing.
Qualifications
✓Additional business unit criteria may apply, such as a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
