Phlebotomy Technician [National Certification] - Generic - HR Only preferred Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License [State License] - Generic - HR Only preferred
Education
✓High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Qualifications
✓Experience in phlebotomy 1-2 years required
✓Demonstrates proficiency in proper collection methods and proper processing of all specimens, including correct tube selection, volume, and stability requirements.
✓Possesses good written and oral communication skills, the ability to prioritize work, manage time wisely, and adjust to changes in work volumes and projects.
✓Superior customer service skills, with the ability to show empathy and respect for patients' privacy and autonomy.
✓Demonstrates problem-solving skills and can manage complex patient collections.
✓Works independently and collaborates effectively within a team, actively partnering with team members by fostering a collaborative work environment and respecting individuals with varied experiences and perspectives.
✓Additional Job Details (if applicable)
✓Shift will be Monday through Friday 7AM-3:30PM.

About the role

Ensures accurate patient identification, quality specimen labeling, processing, handling, and transportation of specimens.
