✓Certified Phlebotomy Technician CPT I or CPT II or National Healthcareer Association phlebotomy certification (CPT-NHA) or National Center for Competency phlebotomy certification (CPT-NCCT) or Medical Laboratory Technician license (MLT):: Required in CA
Certifications
✓Phlebotomy Tech (CPT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician II (CPTII) or NHA Certified Phlebotomy Tech (CPT-NHA) or Phlebotomy Tech-NCCT (NCCT-CPT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT): Required
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
Preferred in OR and HI
Education
✓High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required in CA
Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
