COSM will bring together numerous complementary healthcare services, such as orthopedic walk-in care, a surgery center, physical therapy, pharmacy services, and many more. Patients will experience accessible and affordable orthopedic care unlike any other in the Treasure Valley.
Our 230,000-square-foot facility opened in February 2024. What You Can Expect as a Physical Therapist at COSM Outpatient Ortho: 1:1 patient-centered care within an orthopedic therapy environment Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams Commitment to professional growth and mentorship Robust internal clinical education opportunities Support for APTA Board Certification or other specialization Medbridge subscription Balanced workload with protected documentation time
Monday-Friday, availability within clinic hours from 7AM-6PM
Degree from an accredited physical therapy program Licenses/Certifications: Valid license to practice physical therapy in state of practice Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
