Under the general supervision of Therapy Leadership and according to departmental policies and procedures regarding referral, standards of treatment, performs objective assessments, as well as comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy programPreferred

Two years experience in acute care or home careLicensure:Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice. Current state license. Valid drivers license.
