✓Minimum of 2 years’ clinical physical therapy experience.
✓Declaration of intent to develop advanced, clinical knowledge and skills in a focused area of clinical practice.
✓Demonstrated sustained active engagement in performance and quality improvement initiatives and/or program development.
✓Completion of APTA CI Credentialing Course
✓Advanced clinical knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-specific and appropriate care for the patient populations served.
✓Demonstrated consistent accomplishment of basic accountabilities and initiative and leadership to take on additional responsibilities.
✓Proficiency in supervision and mentorship of staff and students.
✓Basic computer proficiency.
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, the multidisciplinary team, and external partners.

About the role

In alignment with the UCM Mission, Vision, and Values, the Level II Physical Therapist provides comprehensive assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of individuals within an assigned level of care of the Therapy Services department.
