Physical Therapist, Per Diem, Acute Care, West Valley Medical Center

Description As a Per Diem Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services to individuals with a variety of diagnoses in the acute care setting. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards.

The primary focus of this role is direct patient care and supporting patients in achieving optimal functional outcomes during their hospital stay. The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Strong clinical skills in the acute care environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Salary: $77.85 - $97.31 per hour. May convert to a career.
