- Current Florida Physical Therapist license (in good standing)
- Home health experience preferred
- Must successfully pass AHCA Level 2 background screening
- Frequent driver (daily

- Valid Florida Driver’s License This position requires regular travel to patient homes, defined as:
- Driving daily for business purposes
- Five or more trips per week
- Or averaging over 150 miles per week
