Teach patients and theirTeach patients and their families exercises to be continued at home, ensuring understanding and compliance to promote recovery
Observe and document patientObserve and document patient responses and progress toward goals, adjusting treatments as necessary and reporting back to the physical therapist
Work closely with physicalWork closely with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each patient’s specific needs are met efficiently and effectively
