OverviewPosition OverviewLittle Company of Mary Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our General Surgery team.

This position offers a dynamic mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, working closely with experienced surgeons to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive care for general surgery patients across inpatient and outpatient settingsConduct pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up visitsAssist in the operating room (preferred, but not required depending on experience)Manage surgical consults, rounding, and patient care coordinationPerform procedures within scope of practiceCollaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teamsDocument patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMRBENEFITS & PERKS: OSF HealthCare offers a comprehensive Compensation and Total Rewards Package which includes: Generous paid time off!
