You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction as required for clinical and/or business duties
✓Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
✓Board Certification
Certifications
✓NRCME required prior to start date (we provide this CME to colleagues not yet certified)
Education
✓PA-C or NP degree from accredited institution
Qualifications
✓Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
✓Job-Related Skills/Competencies
