Day Shift l Monday - Friday 8:00a - 5:00p How you’ll make an impact in this role Manage end-to-end processing for network medical director agreements to ensure full compliance and alignment with health system standards. Maintain the physician contract database by tracking progress, auditing records for accuracy and setting automated reminders for upcoming renewals and expirations. Collaborate with legal, clinical and executive leadership during regular meetings and project reviews to resolve outstanding contract requests and carry-over action items.
Drive physician contracting projects from initiation to completion while maintaining a thorough, working knowledge of contract terms and regulatory guidelines. What minimum requirements you’ll need
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Proven Contract Literacy: Deep, functional understanding of contract structure, legal language, and execution workflows (direct background in healthcare or physician contracts is strongly preferred).
