Why You'll Love Practicing Here High-acuity community Emergency Department serving a diverse patient population Primary Stroke Center and PCI-capable hospital Outstanding consultant relationships with strong subspecialty support Comprehensive outpatient follow-up resources that support safe discharges and reduce avoidable admissions Pediatricians manage medical pediatric patients while Emergency Physicians manage pediatric trauma and injuries 24/7 Emergency Department Pharmacist Double physician coverage in the acute care area 24/7 Advanced Practice Provider support Epic EMR with Dragon and DAX AI documentation tools Physician-led scheduling, quality initiatives, and departmental operations Single-site practice—no traveling between facilities Full-time schedule of 172 shifts annually (approximately 14 shifts per month) with 8–8.5 patient-facing hours per shift Compensation & Benefits We believe exceptional physicians deserve exceptional support.
Compensation Compensation is comprised of a guaranteed base salary plus a significant productivity and departmental performance distribution, resulting in a competitive total compensation package.
