Physician - General Surgery – Mon Medical Center

The physician provides general surgery clinical and surgical care in an outpatient/inpatient setting. Follows and directs evidence based practices established within the service line. Collaborate and coordinate the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure appropriate continuum of care.

• Graduate of an Accredited Medical School. • Board certified / Board eligible in General Surgery. Experience/Physical

• Experience in group practice and/or hospital setting preferred. Licensure/Certification :
• Active and unrestricted West Virginia License.
• Current Federal and WV Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate.
