Silver Cross Hospital is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of critical plumbing systems across the hospital campus. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, compliant environment that supports uninterrupted patient care. The Plumber will work in both patient care and non-clinical areas while adhering to all infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Install, maintain, and repair domestic water, sanitary, and storm systems throughout the facilityTroubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues with urgency to minimize impact to patient care operationsRespond to emergency conditions including leaks, system failures, and drainage issuesPerform preventive maintenance in accordance with department schedules and regulatory standardsReplace and repair plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, showers, valves, and safety equipmentSupport construction and renovation activities; comply with ICRA and PCRA requirementsMaintain accurate documentation using CMMS systemsCoordinate work with clinical departments to ensure minimal disruption and patient safetyAdhere to applicable codes and standards including local plumbing codes, NFPA, CMS, and The Joint CommissionParticipate in on-call rotation and after-hours response as requiredRequired Education and
