Responsibilities Willow Springs Center is a 116-bed residential treatment facility for children and adolescents ages 6-17 located in Reno, NV. We offer general and specialty treatment programs for males and females in addition to a Special Education program. All programs are staffed by trained clinicians in a multidisciplinary treatment care environment under the direction of the Child Psychiatrist.

- Site/Tele: On-site in-person presence required 4 days per week minimum. · Caseload: Average total patient panel of 30, mostly seen once per week. · Call & Weekend Coverage: Split amongst medical staff, typically 8 call shifts per month by phone only. · Preferred arrangement: Employed W-2 preferred; 1099 independent contractor arrangements will be considered. · Clinical Duties: Complete admission evaluations, regular follow-ups, lead weekly treatment team planning and meetings, and discharge duties for assigned patients. Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner education training program. 2. Certification: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification. 3.
1+ years prior work experience (excluding clinical or practicum hours) working in a similar setting. 4.
- Current Nevada physician/medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required license. 5. Credentialing: Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
