Our Orthopedic practice is seeking an experienced and driven Registered Nurse to help lead a high-performing outpatient team through collaboration, innovation, and engagement. In this key leadership role, you'll partner with RNs, Medical Assistants, providers, and staff to improve workflows, solve complex challenges, and cultivate a culture where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.

Experience with triage, suture removal, and scheduling is preferred. This position is responsible for supervising both clinical and administrative staff, and coordinating the daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimum productivity while maintaining patient, staff and physician satisfaction. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
BSN required. License/Certifications: Must have an active RN License with the ME Board of Nursing.
Two or more years of hospital or outpatient clinic facility management/supervisory experience. The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $104,956.80 to $141,980.80 per year. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
