Practice Lead, Full Circle Care

The Practice Lead is responsible for supervising all aspects of the front office and assisting with routing patient issues to the proper person for resolution. Oversees clinical area to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained each day and notifies Practice Manager when shortages exist. Serves as electronic medical records super user for practice/office.

Assists Practice Manager with office operations. Supervises office operations in absence of Practice Manager.
