High school Diploma or equivalentEducation may be considered in lieu of experience.

1 year experience in healthcare or supervisor experience unless preferred education is metSkills, Knowledge Abilities:Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate caregivers to achieve practice goals. Problem-solving: Capacity to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Communication: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other stakeholders. Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and environments.
