Primary Care Physician

- Provide comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic primary care - Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease - Conduct routine physical exams and wellness visits - Coordinate care with specialists and hospital services - Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR - Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives - Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
