Certifications
✓Must obtain/maintain electronic medical record certification ongoing to retain employment status.
✓Ability to obtain and maintain EPIC EMR Certification(s) or Accreditation(s) required w/in 1 year.
Education
✓Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English. Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or healthcare information related field preferred.

✓Must be skilled in adult education techniques and the principles of adult learning.
✓Must employ creative approaches to training content delivery, such as simulations, cases, web-based delivery, or other methodologies.

Participates in workflow design and system build to gain an understanding of why the application has been built to work as it does.
