Responsibilities North Spring Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a Psychometrist to join our Clinical Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and compassionate professional to play an important role in supporting psychological and neuropsychological assessments for our patients and research participants. As a Psychometrist, you will work under the supervision of licensed psychologists to administer, score, and document a variety of standardized tests that contribute to accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Administer and score psychological, neuropsychological, cognitive, personality, and academic assessments accurately and consistently Observe and document patient behavior, attention, mood, and responses during testing to support interpretation Maintain accurate records, manage test materials, and ensure the confidentiality and proper storage of patient information Build rapport with clients, explain testing procedures, and monitor engagement to help ensure valid results Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling billing and coding, and preparing reports for supervising psychologists Support research initiatives by assisting with testing protocols, data analysis, and related projects Location: Beautiful Leesburg, Virginia, 40 miles Northwest of Washington DC.
