This position supports the area of MEDITECH Expanse Change Control and Software Deployment processes. The objective is to ensure due diligence has been performed throughout the software pipeline so that quality code is consistently deployed without impact to the user community, field support and downstream systems. Administrative Build and maintain strategic relationships within the organization Strong communication skills to ensure customers and vendors understand work scope and have proper expectations for delivery Create reports for change control and audits as required Operational Aid management implementing change control and software release process improvement Support change control process for Clinical Systems and Clinical Informatics Includes deployment of software changes to include, but not limited to screen changes, macros, scripting, reports Work closely with Testing Services, Product Development MEDITECH Expanse Core Teams and other teams as needed to ensure Proper testing of code changes Communications to the Enterprise occurs Support the MEDITECH PWR processes within Clinical Informatics through meeting facilitation, Jira story management, stakeholder communications, and ad hoc reporting Must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently Develop and manage operational dashboards and reports within ServiceCentral and PowerBI Performs other duties as assigned Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.” Education &
