Education
✓High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty.
Qualifications
✓Fluency in Spanish and English, including reading, writing and speaking.
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✓Experience in outreach and/or customer service, especially with community organizations, public health, prevention, education or related fields.
✓Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✓Knowledge of social media platforms (especially Instagram) and basic Canva design skills.
✓Ability to work independently.
✓Ability to attend community events, presentations, and outreach activities including occasional evening or weekend events.
Experience working with Spanish-speaking Latinx communities in Washington State, especially young adults ages 18-29. preferred
Experience giving community presentations and/or public speaking. preferred
Knowledge of prevention, behavioral health, public health, or health promotion programs. preferred
Experience using social media advertising platforms and content creation tools. preferred
Experience in events, experiential marketing, or brand promotion. preferred
