✓10+ years’ experience in project management within a healthcare or hospital setting with expertise in High Reliability Organization principles and culture transformation
✓Ability to influence leaders and frontline staff across multiple hospitals and disciplines
✓Knowledge of patient safety, quality improvement, change management, and performance improvement methodologies
✓Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, and leadership skills
Experience leading enterprise-wide quality, patient safety, culture, or HRO initiatives, working with executive and physician leadership, managing multidisciplinary teams, committees, and large-scale organizational change efforts (preferably in acute care hospital environments) preferred
