Responsibilities Laurel Heights Hospital Laurel Heights Hospital is a 112-bed facility, located in Atlanta, GA. We are dedicated to providing youth with compassionate mental health treatment that encourages self-responsibility and personal growth. As Program Manager, S/he provides assistance to the patients, staff, family, and senior leadership.

The Program Manager also acts as a liaison to support the treatment team, clinical services, and direct care staff. With a keen eye for detail, the Program Manager will ensure appropriate documentation of client progress, incident fact sheets, utilization of special treatment procedures and develop operational systems. High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a residential-based treatment facility including management experience, planning, resource allocation, training, and performance management LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Must maintain a valid Georgia state driver's license.
