Qualifications
✓This is a Nursing Specific Program Manager. Prior RN experience is required.
✓Supervisory skills to plan, assign, and evaluate the work of subordinate staff. Analytical skills to oversee and organize the work of others, and to develop and administer sound policies, procedures, budgets, and multidisciplinary practices.
✓High level of initiative, self-direction, and accountability for actions.
✓Exceptional customer service, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills for interaction with contacts.
✓Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodology, leadership, and decision-making skills.
✓Skill in promoting multidisciplinary collaboration; ability to act as a facilitator and change agent.
✓Strong organizational skills to evaluate existing policies/procedures/standards, and to develop and implement enhancements and/or new systems.
✓Three years of clinical experience and demonstrated competence in area of expertise, required.
