Responsible for coordinating the daily activities of HIV Prevention grant-funded programs. The Program Manager will identify site-specific clinical champions and facilitate ongoing clinic staff education and training, establishing and maintaining cross-site collaborations and recruiting and engaging clients in the PrEP programs at each site. Responsible for client tracking, data collection and entry supervision, and service delivery.
Coordinates client follow-up and case tracking for patients linking to HIV prevention services at WHMC and for patients testing HIV positive at WHMC or presenting to WHMC to link to HIV care. Participates in Quality Assurance and Evaluation activities, trainings, supervision, and other related activities.
