About the role

Duties Description Kingsboro Psychiatric Center is currently recruiting a Residential Program Manager 3 to oversee and manage residential program operations of their community residences. Candidates from outside or within State Service can apply. As a Residential Program Manager 3, you will supervise direct care services that are provided to individual with mental illness who are residing in a community residence, including:
Overseeing resident admission and discharge planning.
Supervising and directing activities and assignments of clinical and direct care staff.
Assessing residential programs and adjusting as needed to meet the resident’s needs.
Responding to emergencies during regular and non-work hours.
