Licensure
✓Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse license.
✓Registered Nurse (RN)
✓Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state.
✓Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
Certifications

Clinical experience and exposure within Women's and Children's Services, including experience in the following areas: Labor & Delivery, Antepartum, Maternity/Postpartum, Pediatrics, Pediatric Critical Care, NICU, or related specialty areas. preferred
Demonstrated understanding of the continuum of care across Women's and Children's services and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. preferred
Experience supporting resident education, physician learners, students, or academic practice models preferred.
Experience with quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, staff development, and operational leadership within an acute care setting. preferred
Experience working within a highly matrixed organization or large healthcare system preferred.
