Education
✓Current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants, need to log in to Workday via MyApps.
Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or a related field OR a high school diploma plus four (4) years of project coordination or administrative support experience. preferred
Bachelor’s degree, grant management experience, and previous survey work. preferred
Qualifications
✓Annual TB Screening, Criminal Background Check
✓This position is subject to pre-employment screening (criminal background, drug testing, and/or education verification).
✓A criminal conviction or arrest pending adjudication alone shall not disqualify an applicant except as provided by law.
✓Any criminal history will be evaluated in relationship to job responsibilities and business necessity.
✓The information obtained in these reports will be used in a confidential, non-discriminatory manner consistent with state and federal law.
Knowledge of Workday business processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and the ability to create charts and graphs. preferred
Ability to learn additional programs as needed, including Dropbox, Workday, and REDCap. preferred
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, listening, comprehension, and editing skills. preferred
Excellent accuracy, time management, and the ability to prioritize work, manage multiple programs, adapt to changes, and maintain collaborative relationships. preferred
