✓Excellent communication skills with all levels of leadership, management, and staff; particularly the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all audiences [Required]
✓Advanced ability to interact with and influence senior leaders [Required]
✓Ability to interpret financial and statistical information derived from various organizational reports [Required]
✓Ability to manage and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across departments and business units [Required]
