JOB SPECIFICS
The Supervising Clinician is responsible for communicating, implementing and monitoring the operational tactics which are geared toward achieving the strategic objectives of OSF, through direct leadership and oversight of physicians and/or advanced practice providers (APPs). Through strong working relationships with physicians, APPs, administrative leaders, and clinical and support staff, ensures the provision of quality care delivery and standardized efficient operations in accordance with OSF and regulatory requirements in the assigned work environment.
Serves as a role model of the OSF Leader Competencies. Positively supports and conveys the OSF vision and Key Results and demonstrates the OSF Leader Competencies on a continual basis. Leads change and implementation efforts within the assigned work environment.
Supports a culture of continuous improvement and conveys the need for change to Mission Partners, so they can see the vision and reason for change. This is a salaried position. Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations.
Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
