Psychotherapist - Service Lines

Job OverviewProvides therapuetic services for the Sexual and Gender Health clinic. Conducts multi-axial diagnostic assessment, determines clinical interventions, facilitates therapy and provides education for patients and their families. Facilitates treatment planning and manages each case.

Responsible for development of transition/discharge plan. Communicates effectively and respectfully with others, including interdisciplinary team and all other contacts. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member.
