Licensure
✓Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
Education
✓Associate's Degree - Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher from an Accredited educational institution.
Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing or higher from an Accredited educational institution. preferred
Qualifications
✓3 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital acute care nursing unit.
Data abstraction experience. preferred
Electronic medical records experience. preferred
Software applications experience, which includes Word Processing and Excel. preferred
Research and statistics experience. preferred

About the role
Under the general direction of the Quality Leader, abstracts, analyzes, collates, reports, maintains and presents information for outcomes for measured patient populations in support of clinical performance improvement activities and peer review; Initiates clinical care quality improvement and performance monitoring in collaboration with department staff, leadership and providers; Works with the Medical, Nursing and Ancillary teams in the medical center and outpatient settings to improve patient care; and remains an active member of applicable measure outcome committees.
