Real Estate Analyst

Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or 3 or more years’ experience in lease administration preferably in a healthcare or corporate real estate setting. preferred
Qualifications
✓Language Skills
✓Strong understanding of lease terms, real estate principles and financial concepts.
✓Mathematical Skills
✓Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
✓Computer Skills
✓Requires utmost discretion in working with confidential information and material.
✓Experience in healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.
✓Familiarity with Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute as they relate to leasing.
✓Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
✓Excellent organization, analytical and communications skills.
✓GIS mapping and spatial analysis capabilities.
✓Project management skills are helpful but not required.
Experience with real estate management software (e.g, MRI, Prolease, Yardi) preferred.
