Louis, Missouri. With a flexible schedule of just 14 shifts per month and no at-home call , you’ll have the time and predictability to enjoy life outside of medicine—while still practicing in a high-volume, clinically rich environment .
Why This Role Stands Out Only ~14 shifts per month with a mix of 12- and 24-hour options No at-home call — when you’re off, you’re truly off Practice in a high-volume center (9,000+ births annually) Focus on the most rewarding aspects of OB: labor management, deliveries, procedures, and acute care Provide care in OB triage and inpatient settings Manage labor and perform vaginal deliveries and c-sections Care for hospitalized obstetric and gynecologic patients Participate in resident teaching and mentorship (ACGME-accredited program) You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of 7 OB Hospitalists, with 24/7 OB/GYN backup available—giving you both independence and support.
