Qualifications
✓3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, and/or business to-business sales
✓Experience managing a territory and prioritizing competing opportunities
✓Demonstrated account-management experience owning, growing, and retaining a portfolio of accounts
✓Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform and Microsoft 365
✓Demonstrated solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
✓Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals
✓Proven effective verbal and written communication skills, with a proven in-person selling presence
✓Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
✓Currently reside in or near the Seattle metropolitan area
✓All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy
Experience selling biologics or supporting autoimmune and inflammatory disease states preferred
Experience working with rheumatology, dermatology, or gastroenterology practices preferred
Proven experience gaining access to and building relationships with healthcare providers and office staff preferred
Specialty pharmacy, buy-and-bill, or provider-administered therapy experience preferred
Formal sales training, such as Challenger or an equivalent program preferred
This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. preferred
