You’ll need
Licensure
✓RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing required upon start
Certifications
✓BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
✓NRP: Neonatal Resuscitation Program must be obtained within 4 months of hire date

RNC-OB: Registered Nurse Certified-Inpatient Obstetrics Nurse, preferred
RNC-MNN: Registered Nurse Certified-Maternal Newborn Nurse, preferred
C-EFM: Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certified, preferred
Education
✓Currently be in the New Grad RN Residency Program in OB at ARRMC
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred

✓A forward-thinking RN who not only enjoys learning new processes but supports change and being engaged in shared governance efforts
✓One of the following is required
✓At least 1 year of labor and delivery experience required - OR -
✓A combination of at least 1 year Labor and Delivery experience/antepartum experience - OR -
