Days | Full-time How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide hands-on clinical leadership for daily skilled nursing operations, stepping in on the floor to ensure high-quality care. Oversee CMS, state, and federal regulatory compliance through audits, quality monitoring, and ongoing performance improvement. Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and staff education to build and retain a strong nursing team.
Manage resident admissions, discharges, and interdisciplinary coordination to support floor staff and drive optimal clinical outcomes. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Work
5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences: BLS Provider preferred.
