✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license).
Certifications
✓Maintains current technical certificates such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 3 months of employment.
✓Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required by the Emergency Department after 1 year of employment.
professional nursing certification preferred.
Education
BSN preferred
Qualifications
✓Meets general hospital and departmental competency requirements.
✓CPI required.
Recent acute care experience within past 3 years preferred.
ED experience or one year of Critical Care experience strongly preferred.

About the role

Job Summary: To render professional nursing care to a group of assigned patients within the hospital. Collaborates with the medical staff and other members of the health care team to provide quality patient care. Performs all activities in accordance with approved policies and guides.
