Part-time | Days How you’ll make an impact in this role Delivered specialized acute hemodialysis and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) to high-acuity patients across multiple hospital sites, adapting seamlessly to diverse ICU, CCU, and floor environments. Managed complex vascular access, initiated rapid fluid/electrolyte management, and continuously monitored hemodynamic stability during high-risk dialysis treatments.
Conducted pre- and post-treatment patient assessments, interpreting critical lab values and collaborating directly with nephrologists to adjust individualized dialysate prescriptions. Partnered with host hospital multidisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment schedules, provide emergency line troubleshooting, and educate staff on acute renal care protocols. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
