Full-time | Day Shift How you’ll make an impact in this role Regulatory Excellence: Ensure absolute compliance with all health-care accreditation, regulatory, and safety requirements across the unit. Talent Life-cycle Management: Lead the recruitment, training, professional development, and performance evaluation of departmental staff. Clinical Problem-Solving: Pro-actively identify and resolve systemic barriers to optimize the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Policy Architecture: Design and implement clinical policies and procedures that maximize efficiency and care effectiveness. Fiscal Stewardship: Manage unit budgets and oversee expenditures to drive fiscal responsibility and resource alignment. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience AND 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
