Position Overview As a Hospice RN, you will provide PRN care, conduct admission and informational visits, and manage imminent and some routine visits for terminally ill patients in their homes. Working closely with the interdisciplinary team (IDT), you will collaborate on the development and management of personalized care plans focused on symptom management, medication oversight, and providing emotional and spiritual support.
You will also educate patients and families about the care process. This role requires a compassionate professional who can work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep passion for caring for end-of-life patients. What You Can Expect in This Role Flex
8 hours Saturday and 8 hours Sunday at on-call pay, with regular pay for frequently scheduled or called-in visits, including admissions, imminent visits, and well checks. Low Visit
Daily visit requirements below state and national averages
Paid hourly which includes drive time and mileage reimbursement for traveling within McCall and its surrounding regions Additional

Nursing Degree (ASN or BSN)
At least 1 year of RN experience; Hospice or Acute Care experience preferred Licenses/Certifications : Current RN license in the state of Idaho; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Other
