You will have the opportunity to connect and build trusting relationships with your patients and their families while providing them with support during this journey. You will collaborate with the Hospice team to provide compassionate care, pain and symptom management, and emotional and spiritual support – offering stability and comfort when and where it’s needed most. The person needs to be able to work autonomously and as a team, have interpersonal and communication skills, and have a true passion and desire to care for end-of-life patients to ensure their needs are met.

Nursing Degree
At least 1 year of RN experience; Hospice or Acute Care experience helpful Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in the State of Practice.
